Birthday wishes, churches, crown jewels, and fireworks...

I am half way done with my time in Europe which is really sad. I am also getting way behind and lazy at this blog. Sorry. So here are some pics from the last week.

Thursday was Chris's 21st, Happy B-day!

Saturday we went to the Tower of London and made sure to take a look at the crown jewels

I also went to St. Paul's Cathedral. It is amazing inside but i couldn't take pics. :(

This is the view from the very top of St. Paul's, it took us 600 steps to get up there, but it was worth it.

5th of November is a holiday here in celebration of Guy Fox failing to blow up Parliament some 600 years ago. The brits celebrate with fireworks and bonfires. I didn't know it was a real holiday, apparently the screenwriters of V for Vendetta are not as creative as I thought they were (you know "remember remember the 5th of November")

On the bridge waiting for the fireworks to start. I was appreciative that our fireworks are in July, it was cold.

My class went to Trafalgar square this week.
In Trafalgar square in front of the National Gallery.
